QQSUDA was constituted as a Development Agency (as a Society) during the year 1981 and Registered under A.P. (Telangana Area) Public Societies Registration Act 1350 Fasli for the over all development of Old City of Hyderabad

As per Memorandum of Articles of Association the QQSUDA shall be to plan & promote the development of Old City of Hyderabad especially by creation of Civic Infrastructure like Sewerage, C.C.Roads, S.W. Drains, Community Halls, Hospitals, School Buildings, Bore wells, Other works.
